The project consists of a timeshare development for Fairfield Communities in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. In addition to the individual housing units, also provided were all of the associated amenities, including a new recreation center. The architectural style is rustic and influenced by the surrounding mountains and forests. Wood is used extensively throughout the complex as are large windows to allow for views of the natural beauty surrounding the community.
