The project includes design and construction administration of a two story, 25,000 square foot office building for the Virginia Port Authority, located on Terminal Boulevard in Norfolk,Virginia. This Design/Build project relocated the offices of the Virginia International Terminal from the actual Port to Terminal Boulevard. The construction of this facility consisted of a high efficiency curtain wall system and brick veneer with precast accent panels. Spaces through out the building are open and utilize natural light. There are several large conference rooms and open work space areas.
